Positives:
The location was great if you have a late arrival or early departure. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and check in was easy. Parking was easy as well.
Negatives:
One of the elevators was broken so there was always a line of people waiting. The breakfast was not great. The common spaces smelled like cannabis, and the noise from the road was VERY loud. I wore earplugs and could still hear the road.

On airport complex with shuttle to both terminals
Negatives:
Bizarre evening food arrangement of 17:30 to 19:00 fixed buffet thing with 3 drinks included. Meat was pork or hot dog. Ended up with macaroni cheese, more cheese, coleslaw, a burger bun and tomatoes. Didn’t try the breakfast after that experience. Maybe it’s the chain’s concept but it took me by surprise.

Loved the dining/bar and kitchen staff. Super friendly and accommodating. They always made sure we didn't want for anything.

It's not really in your control but I found the bed to not be very comfortable. That's just a personal preference though.
