Was supposed to get a king size room by pool they didn't tell me till the last minute the room was out of service so the room they give us the air was not working so then we had to get another room instead of a king bed we had to have 2 Queen beds

The area out back where the dog could run around freely was really nice.
Pool area is fun and restaurant is good.

There were so many trash cans throughout the building to catch leaks. Very unsanitary and unsafe. The hot tub often had like 20+ people in it.

The games were overpriced and not working correctly. The staff messed up on checking me in and over charging me. Then when I got home I received another charge. The hotel was very rude and ignorant when I called to get things cleared up espically Julie in records. My room was dirty to the point I requested a vacuum to do it myself. I will not stay at this location ever again.

The pool was not very warm. The hot tub was not very clean. Our toilet was dirty and had to have it cleaned. Refrigerators were barely cool . Tissue boxes were empty. Tvs did not work

Amazing history behind this hotel. It is very interesting how long part of the building has been around. Our kids loved it too! It has everything from pool, arcade, bar, restaurant, etc…this is the second year we have gone for my daughter’s birthday. Perfect property for a kids birthday. She turned 9 this past year and I believe we plan to continue to come back as well. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Truly nothing to really complain about.

Food for supper was a bit overpriced for the quality, I felt but the breakfast buffet if you get that included was great.
