Negatives: Room was terrible, overflowing toilet, shower didn't drain, broken sink, spackle all over walls, mildew smell. Owner wanted cash deposit because I had a pet, (even thought i booked a pet friendly room) which I never received back. Guests above me were practicing aerobics at midnight. This is not a good place to stay.
