The room was clean and very nice. The staff was pleasant, professional and very helpful. They had a very nice breakfast as well.

Awesome Mini Vacation

The location was easy to find from the highway.
Negatives:
The room we were provided smelled disgusting. There was some sort of water damage to the room that they blamed on my dog and charged me 250 for damage that was not caused by my dog. They also stated I did not declare a pet, which was a lie. I did declare the pet when I checked into the room. The general manager stated they are in the rooms everyday and would have seen the damage, which is another lie. If they had been in the room they would have seen the prior damage and would have smelled the disgusting bathroom. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE.

I found an email while taking a short rest on a long drive to this facility that my reservation was canceled . I was moved to a neighboring facility but they refused to refund the difference in price, and their attitude was not pleasant. They said the hot water system was broken so they had to do it. If they explained this in the email I won’t be worried while driving, and if they had a better attitude I won’t be upset. I won’t even write this bad review if they didn’t send me endless email asking me to write one. The email effort should be used to explain the cancellation.

The front desk staff there was an older gentleman. He was amazing.

We stayed the last weekend of October.
Everything was good except i constantly had to keep asking for towels. I checked in with four people. There was one towel in my room motels at the pool.
And the young lady working breakfast was very rude.
Unprepared, so just act like she just did not care. And if you asked her for help, she act as if you were bothering her.
All I can say is, if she would have been doing her job.We wouldn't have to keep asking for things like cups gravy eggs coffee ect.. move awesome there on a Monday and Tuesday. And it was not busy at all, like no one was there. But yet nothing was out other than that, everything was good. The rooms can be a little cleaner.
I think they rush through them. Motel rooms a little too fast, miss a lot of stuff.

The pool was freezing. For an indoor/outdoor pool, it should be heated.
Our room only had 2 towels and we had 4 people. There were also no towels at the pool.
