Diamond the gal behind the counter was horrible screamed at me verbally abused me they switched my room without telling me they put my stuff in a trash bag went through my personal belongings put my play station in my backpack without my permission horrible experience I want full refund asap I paid for the room and didn’t stay there because Diamond is a terrible human being and has zero customer service skills. Bathroom not clean, mini fridge didnt work, sketchy people all night in and out all night, loud Harley would come by for a few minutes then leave again all night. There were two sheets to cover up with and a very, very thin "blanket" military folded between them waist high. Definitely wouldn't recommend children staying. No cameras besides front and the 1 elevator. Signs everywhere about locking up valuables and for good reason.

Poorly equipped and aged hotel. They didn't even have ice buckets!! The manager claimed it was because their sink wasn't deep enough to sterilize them. He handed me a handful of plastic bags for ice. Have you ever tried to fill a plastic bag with a hotel icemaker??? Completely unprofessional.
