Positives: The staff was super friendly and we were safe the whole time. The bed and room was huge.
Negatives: There is definitely no breakfast and no pool, which were the two things I chose to book the stay for. The rooms also sort of smell a bit, some like cigarettes others just a bit off but it’s bearable.

Positives: Its close to where I am visiting. Staff is very polite.
Negatives: I didn't like that for 2 weekends in a row I have found a brown recluse in my room. This past weekend I found 2 of them. The carpet is very old and not taken care of properly. To the point of not taking off my flip flops at all

Positives: I liked the location. It was close to where I was working.
Negatives: I was told I couldn’t have the room I booked because it was for elderly and handicapped people. I was put in a dirty room with cigarette burns on the sheets, do not disturb door signs, and carpets. The microwave had crystals of some kind crushed into it. The sink had brown stuff all in it. All my belongings smelled of smoke after we left. There was never breakfast made and the pool was shut down.

Positives: I valued the location. it was only 5 minutes from where I was working.
Negatives: There are so many problems with the property. Security doors didn’t lock so anyone could enter WITHOUT a room key. There didn’t have pillows, the windows didn’t have screens, the carpet was coming up in places, lights didn’t turn on, and the pool was closed down. We weren’t even given breakfast!!!! The gentleman told us he would get to it if he felt like it.

Positives: There weren't any bugs,
Negatives: Nothing extra advertised is real. no continental breakfast., pool and hot tub closed for inspection. 1 towel in your roo. For 3 guests. Had to ask for a washrag both weekends. The staff lives there as required by the owner. We saw people climbing in windows. Because of staff coming in and stealing in the past. Eric was great. Seems like he actually cared about his job. Many of the outlets didn't work. No light bulb in 2 lamps. 1 trash can, that was tiny in the entire room. Flat sheets as fitted sheets are horrible.

Positives: Absolutely nothing.
Negatives: The under the influence of something, no shoe wearing, butt crack hanging out “Manager” that was working the front desk. The holes in the walls and ceiling in our room. the fact that our door did not lock and the other male “Manager” walked straight in as my husband was standing in the bathroom with his pants down using the toilet. Comforter has cigarette burns.We had no towels. Pillows had no Pillow Cases. Not to mention my parents had a room and ALSO had their own list of issues that included, an A/C that didn’t work. Their door also did not lock. They had towels that were stained with brown and black marks. The bathroom light did not turn on, and bugs in the bathtub part of the shower.

Positives: Joanie at front desk was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. She wanted to make our stay better but the issues we had were owner or upper management issues and not in her control.
Negatives: Bedding was old, comforters had rips and cigarette burns on them. Pillows were tiny and hard, bed was hard and uncomfortable. Walls had deep scratches and gouges on the drywall in several spots. Sheets were clean. Items left in draws from prior guest. Mirror had splatters on it. The door knob had what we assumed was bbq sauce or ketchup hardened on it. Pool and hot tub closed due to inspection issues. No breakfast only tea or coffee. No reason given for the breakfast being discontinued. Screens missing from many windows and we witnessed several people climbing in and out windows in our two night stay.
Not recommended.

Positives: The receptionist, she was the only reason we stayed
Negatives: Booked room because they had pool and hottub. On arrival both where out of order and had been fir a while.. Nothing mentioned on website.
