Staff was not helpful when we had ants crawling all over the sink area. Phone in room did not work. Husband went to front desk at 8pm they had to ant spray. We bought it so we could take care of issue. Checked out this morning informed them of the issue requested refund for spray. Was informed they could not do they will call the pest control. Then asked if they were there when we checked in. We only slept in the room and showered. Customer service is not good. Another guest informed husband that there room had dirty towels still hanging.
