Best Western St. Louis Airport North Hotel & Suites

Negatives: The room was advertised as having a roll in shower, which it did, but there was about a one inch bump from the floor. It makes it very hard or even impossible for someone to push a shower wheelchair into. The room was very dim and we couldn't adjust it.

Negatives: Our rooms cleanliness was the reason for the lower rating. Cleaning staff left no towels, there was pet hair on the office chair, something dry and crusty on the armchair' pillow, makeup smear on the top sheet, condoms from the previous guest left in the night stand drawer, and crumbs/ dust on the floor. We wore shoes the entire time and thankfully only had to stay for 1 night.

Negatives: Pool was green and could not swim. We were not told the pool was working until told we went to take a swim and found it green and stinky. Went to the front desk and the girl just said their Maintenance man was out and to not swim.First room we were assigned did not have Linens on the bed and toilet was clogged. Second room the air conditioning did not work. Third room was fine.

Negatives: When we first arrived I tried to wash my face before bed and we had no running water in the sink. I decided to try the shower and worry about the sink in the morning. We had no hot water in the shower. And our room phone didn’t work. So my husband went down to the desk and they got us moved right away. Annoying but happy they took care of it. Our new room was missing a curtain and one of the lamp shades was busted but otherwise decent. We didn’t have any other complaints until my husband took our son down to use the pool. They said it smelled like a pond and you could visibly see how dirty it was. I was surprised by this because upon check in we were told the pool hours so we assumed they maintained the pool. We have stayed here several times before while visiting family and have never been disappointed like this. We probably won’t return next time.
