A “Great” place for stress release and Care of the Staff

The front desk clerk on the evening shift light skin woman she was rude when I ask for towels and for my room to cleaned. I checked in on Friday and the whole weekend no house keeper came and changed my trash nor given us new towels. She stated that they were short on towels. So I was not pleased with our stay and we droved 8 hrs

My great experience at the best Western inn located in Hazelwood..

We called the front desk at 10pm because a loud black lady next door was screaming on the phone all night and we asked to call her room and shut her up and she didn’t shut up, kept us up all night with her drama. Left earlier in the am then planned because she was annoying. And the staff did nothing. Worst hotel experience in my entire life. And the pool was cold. If I knew this prior I would’ve never booked here!

A great value. The hotel was very modern, clean, and comfortable, at a very competitive price. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a variety of pillows. The bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was great!

Bed was amazingly comfortable. Guest laundry washer and dryer were awesome. Indoor pool was good, but chilly water.

Internet was horrible. Guest laundry price was high. Breakfast wasn't served as long on weekdays as the paper in the room said it would be. Breakfast didn't have very many options for kids.

Our mattress had a urine stain on it. The pool had a funny odor to it - almost like sulfur.
