Best Western St. Louis Airport North Hotel & Suites

Negatives: Booked a staycation had to pay $250 deposit cause I was resident. The pool was filthy and had a smell. There was hair everywhere all over the pool room they was all type of stuff floating the pool couldnt let our children swim. The room was dirty also. I always bring cleaning supplies but I shouldnt have to clean up hair and urine that was left in the toilet. We have kids so we know they can be pretty noisy but our neighbors were fighting and screaming till 2 am when we called the front desk. I will never stay again and dont recommend anyone else to do so.

Negatives: I didn't like that my instructions weren't followed. However, the staff was very accommodating in getting me what I needed.

Negatives: The room was advertised as having a roll in shower, which it did, but there was about a one inch bump from the floor. It makes it very hard or even impossible for someone to push a shower wheelchair into. The room was very dim and we couldn't adjust it.

Cleaning staff left no towels, there was pet hair on the office chair, something dry and crusty on the armchair' pillow, makeup smear on the top sheet, condoms from the previous guest left in the night stand drawer, and crumbs/ dust on the floor. We wore shoes the entire time and thankfully only had to stay for 1 night.

Went to the front desk and the girl just said their Maintenance man was out and to not swim.First room we were assigned did not have Linens on the bed and toilet was clogged. Second room the air conditioning did not work. Third room was fine.
