Staff was polite. I was charged a $150 deposit and was assured it would be refunded after 11 AM. I hope it is.
Negatives:
The hotel desperately needs a make over.
Carpet is warn and dirty
The room had dirt and crumbs in the corner.
The security lock was busted. Looks like someone kicked the door open at some point.
TV was hard to find shows. It's digital TV. I have no idea how to get to 33-4 without scrolling through all the channels. I'm sure others would have no trouble.

Securing my room was easy and the front desk clerk was fast and friendly.
Negatives:
The facility was seemingly clean in the lobby. However, my room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The shower curtain liner had mold on it and there was hair from shaving still clinging to the shower walls, which was not mine. The floor in the bathroom was also sticky. There was a lot of dust in the sleeping area which caused breathing issues for me while sleeping. And the floor joists above me were very creaky. I'm a contractor and granted I know that is not an easy repair. However, after working I would have preferred quiet while I was trying to sleep. I was awoken every time the guest upstairs moved around. Breakfast provided a decent spread, but the food was poorly prepared.

Everything was good. Breakfast staff were very sweet. Front desk morning staff also very helpful and evening desk help as well. Lots of pot holes aren’t d the area so be careful.
