I got accused of smoking in the room and I didn't, I respected the policy because I wanted my deposit back, and you can look on the cameras me going outside smoking, and your staff put me on block and I have history with LaQuinta of coming to stay if I needed

It was convenient location and near restaurants and family. They offered breakfast and laundry on site.

Cleaning options weren’t told upfront and they allowed us to use the broom and exchange the bedding when necessary, but no one cleaned our room the whole stay from Thursday to Tuesday. The staff seemed limited not many people employed

Environment dirty and out of date. Broken windows in first floor rooms. Hallway carperting very dirty and discolored with obvious stains all over. Guests barbecuing their own meals outside their rooms. There was a $150 refundable deposit taken which should not be necessary when securing a room with a credit card. Obviously management felt guests were not trustworthy. Will NEVER return or recommend this hotel.

the romm itself appeared to be clean. The lobby, elevator, hallways, etc were filthy. I was afraid to eat the free breakfast with the place looking like that. It also smelled like body odor. they tried to cover it up.with insence. That didn't work.
