It was not the kind of room I booked. They gave me small room. Shower was terrible. I do not think I will go again.
The bed is comfortableÃ‚'
When we arrived, the room that we were first placed in had a broken toilet, causing the bathroom to flood. We had to switch rooms.
It is close to the airport.
The AC did not work. The TV was fuzzy. The whole place smelled of weed. The lady working the front desk. Took awhile to come out of the back room and greet me. There was exposed electrical wiring in the ceiling. The window didnÃ‚'t shut all the way.
The room size and location were good.
The rooms were not clean (both rooms) it was very difficult finding a front desk person (went down multiple times and no one was there as they only had 1 person working), no towels, soors very hard to open/close.
Day staff were nice.
The first room had a broken toilet. The bathrooms walls are in bad shape, cracking and water damage. We had to clean the toilet in the second room after finding hair and possibly blood. Chairs stained. Night staff rude when requesting wake up call.
The staff are all amazing and so very accommodating. Everything is always very clean and they take all extra precautions to meet new required keep everything The whole staff are so friendly and go out of their way to insure guests needs are met.
There is nothing that I have disliked while staying at the Hazelwood Laquinta.
The location is very good in proximity to where I want to go and where I need to be.
There was no breakfast as advertised. The rooms do not get cleaned. I had no toilet paper in my room. My card to my room got shut off everyday and this was a big inconvenience. The elevator was down the entire 10 days as well.
The location was convenient to where we were working during our stay.
On four occasions are keys had to be re-done. Breakfasts were pitiful. Even with COVID there could have been more creativity with breakfast. Weren't informed we would need to ask for towels, TP and kleenex. Door did not close and had to be slammed shut.
There were several things about the hotel I didnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t like.
Location is good, great room.
Police was there very often, no wash rags, room did not get clean during our stay. TV reception is poor low grade channels.
They didn't have any king room available but I paid for king room 2 days in advance. The first room they gave me looked like someone was still living in it. The 2nd room, the TV didn't work & didn't have any towels. The 3rd room was ok.
