Negatives:
Hidden fees. Wound up paying $-- for a $-- room. Didn't get the room I'd reserved. The room we got was very old and dilapidated. Won't ever stay again.

There was no hair dryer in my room and when asked they didn't have any extras. There was also no shampoo in the room, but when asked they did bring me some of that

There was black mold all over the bathroom the room was very hot and hair in the bed sheets was very disgusting will never stay there again.?

The locations is great. The atrium design is good and could be a very nice hotel if it were maintained properly.

The towels were thread bare and like shop rags. I killed a roach in my room. the furniture was beat up and dirty. Dirt on the arms of an arm chair and the seat of the desk chair stained. This indicates very poor cleaning. No room service.

I paid for a two bed room for my children, husband and I. They placed us in a single bed room on the 6th floor, which had to be switched to the 9th floor. The second room had a broken air system and remained at 77 degrees. It was a horrible experience

The hotel was in an easy to reach location with plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and quick with requests.

The design of the hotel Was clearly meant for a much better experience but the management and service is never delivered as expected.

There were many things I didnt like. We were given the wrong room. We purchased a double bed room we were given a single queen bed room and there was poop in the toilet that had been there for God knows how long- hours maybe days not what we paid for
