The price was ok, it was close to the hospital.

The door had a big gap in it . I could see the hallway from the bed . There's probably a 2-inch gap in the door.

The service was expectable. They were very nice when we checked in and out. The rooms were okay but not what we expected for a Comfort Inn.
Negatives:
The elevator to our room was VERY old. My granddaughter was not very happy with getting on it. There weren't any windows in our room that we were able to look out of.

The rooms were spacious and very. The rooms were set to a great temperature that were comfortable. The beds and pillows were clean, and the rooms were modern.
Negatives:
The staff at the front desk was very rude and stated she was helping someone but that person was at the end of the counter on the phone. She was not pleasant and made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there.

I liked the breakfast which was included.
Negatives:
The elevator was a little rickety.
The faucet sprayed straight out at me (rm. 315). It soaked my business attire, and I had to change clothes. Thank God I brought a spare. The attendant said something silly like, "Can't you just work with it?" (versus a room change or credit as I suggested). "Just turn the faucet on slowly?" Said, the attendant.
NO! Not at this price point, particularly as the hotel's name is comfort and not "make-due with sub par accomodations" inn.
Instead of the attendant having the authority to offer me an immediate solution, I had to wait for him to call a manager and get instructions. This indicates that management does not trust its employees with decision-making. This is not a good look, Comfort Inn.

Terrible hotel. Badly laid out. Bad AC unit.
No gym. Bad breakfast. Ice machine only on ground floor. Poor lighting in the room. Tiny room. NO CLOSET SPACE OR DRAWERs for clothes. Not enough electric sockets.
