Negatives:
The room was not clean, the bathroom was not clean. It looked like it had been remodeled by a 10 year old. There were stains in the tub and I refused to shower in it. I did not like the vanity being in the room with no privacy. The "breakfast" consisted of three kinds of cold cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, yogurt, stale bread and microwave oatmeal. The waffles were so small, you needed to make several to make a decent meal. The breakfast area was so small, we had to sit at a table and wait while the father of a family of four made waffles. He kept making one after the other as fast as his children could eat them. We finally left with a cup of bitter coffee that we couldn't drink.

I liked the location as it was a very quiet location away from the stream of traffic on that area
Negatives:
The parking was a small problem and when I and another patron came to check in, there was no one there at the check in due to doing a shuttle run to the airport. The shuttle service is nice, but need to have another person to check people in. I and the other person trying to check in waited 15-20 minutes for the desk person to get back.

Our shuttle driver was wonderful and helped us immensely for our trip.
Negatives:
I requested a room with a crib. When my husband called down they said they didnt have one available. When he told them that I booked with a room he said let me check with maintenance and never got back to us. My husband went downstairs where they gave him a pack and play. And it was FILTHY. The most disgusting looking pack and play I have ever seen. Huge crumbs were in the bottom of it and it was covered with stains and smelled so bad. It had me in tears because my child needs that to sleep in (we dont co-sleep with him) but it was beyond dirty and made me feel like a terrible mom for even putting him in it after I cleaned it and lined it with a blanket. The whole hotel smelled very very heavily doused with spray to cover up the nasty smells. The man at the front desk when we checked in was very short and not helpful in the slightest. I will not ever be returning to the hotel with my family. The sanitary level is terrifying.
