Negatives: There wasnt a coffee maker in the room so I had to go down 3 flights of stairs for coffee upon waking up, the elevator didn't work, a living cockroach was found in the bathroom sink, I had forgotten my cellphone plugged in the room and when I called them to ask if the house keeper turned it in, they had no such item!! The econolodge charge my card and extra $28 for a early check in after booking.com said I would not be charged!!! The Front desk lady was very rude and abrasive to say the least. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone!

Negatives: On here it said they served breakfast however they told us they didn't. The building wasn't kept up very well.

Negatives: That we didn't have breakfast included or a pool

Negatives: I had to switch rooms several times due to the lights not working. My bathroom facet never worked. The ceiling was falling apart. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next room.

Negatives: Dirty everything was broke

Negatives: Bed wasn't comfortable

Negatives: Room very small. Elevator not working.

Negatives: The room wasn't very clean. We only had 1 set of towels for 2 adults and 1 child. The phone didn't work, had missing buttons. The walls are paper thin. We listened to a baby cry most of the night. People playing the hallways.

Negatives: Facility was very dirty! Bed linen was dirty. Bathroom was dirty.

Negatives: The neatness and cleanliness.

Negatives: the smell off the hotel and how i had to take my trash out

Negatives: The room was gross the bed was loud it was a metal frame sat on a metal box but not screwed down so the whole bed moved

Negatives: The Indian girl working the counter was very robotic and uncaring. Borderline rude. Couldn't understand her very well. She was visibly disappointed when i paid the deposit in cash after she said the card would be held for nine to twelve business days (that's almost triple industry standard of three to five). The hallways reeked of tobacco and weed, the ice came out of the machine partially melted. My light fixtures were rusty, every light/lamp only had one bulb in them. The corners of the room were dirty, the AC unit hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, there were several different shades of paint on the walls in a patchwork fashion. Door frames and doors were damaged and scratched, my door had to be forced closed. There was a wall mount on the wall, but a cheap TV on top of the dresser and the wall mount had been painted OVER at some point. In the morning I found a baby cockroach on the tub, the towels were all very rough and scratchy and most of them had stains on them (i used my own towels). No soaps were provided in the bathroom, not even a small bar of hand soap. The WORST thing was this property advertises a big breakfast with sausage and eggs, they have a big room just for it with a nice sign. The girl at the desk promised me there would be breakfast. Came down, no breakfast. The coffee machines were covered in a layer of dust and had no cups or anything available, and no coffee. Talked to a guy on my way out and he said he'd been staying there for over six weeks for work and they never once had coffee, let alone breakfast.
