The room itself was great and we stayed at the same hotel a month prior and had no issues
Negatives:
The elevator was broken. Kansas City was experiencing very cold temperatures the halls werent heated and had cold air blowing. Which made the pool and breakfast area unbearable. The food at breakfast was less than ideal. Overall very disappointed
