When I showed up i sat in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for a worker. When he finally came out he didn’t apologize or say anything. While waiting I called the phone multiple times just heard it ring. Finally got checked in and in bed and at 230 am the fire alarm went off. It -15 degrees outside so. I got bundled up to head out there and it shut off after close to 7 minutes going off. I fell back asleep and it went off again so I woke up and it shut off. I had to get up early to catch a flight and when I left the worker, the same kid as when I checked in never said anything about it. It was really rough night of sleep.
