1. Notify ahead of time RE: breakfast. When booking on-line I said we had 4 guests & I opted to have breakfast included with our stay & added to our bill. At check-in I was given 2 breakfast coupons. (I thought 1 coupon for 2 people since I had asked to have breakfast for 4 people as part of our stay ) Went down to breakfast & was told I needed to purchase 2 more breakfast coupons! I dont understand why I wasn't given 4 coupons!
2. Keep the valet service open later if there is a big event at the T-mobile center. Our event ended at 11pm so we had to leave our car parked by the valet (we pd $40 for your parking fee) & I ended up having to walk 6 blocks to get to the hotel & I have a bad back & walk with a cane. (We tried to catch the trolley but one never came.)
3. The mobile app for ordering our car through your valet wasn't working correctly so everytime we needed our car we had to go down & request it at the front & then wait. Then on the morning we were leaving, we went down for breakfast & saw our car sitting in the street & we had not requested it yet!

It looked just like the photos on the website. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and their staff was very friendly. We did not have any issues with noises from the hallway during our stay.

I was forced to urgently return home early, due to medical issue. Unfortunately, neither the hotel nor Booking.com ever addressed my multiple requests for a refund for the final night of my stay. The hotel advised that I needed to contact Booking.com, and Booking.com advised that I needed to contact the hotel. Sending me on this bureaucratic maze was a disrespectful way to treat a guest in my situation, and soured my experience. The circumstances that led to my early departure were a disappointment and beyond my control. I had hoped for a more compassionate resolution.
