There were several blood stains on the carpet. When addressed the manager and the front desk clerk clearly stated that there is no blood in the building...they had the carpets cleaned on the 3rd,4th and 5th floors. Clearly they don't understand stains.

I was so impressed with the room quality, and especially the kitchen with the continental breakfast. So many options, not just cereal and fruit! The biscuits and gravy were great!!! Very impressed.

Staff, I had no heat for 3 days. My sink was clogged. He gave me a space heater and a blanket. Never offer to switch me rooms. I told him that I was just getting over. Double pneumonia and I had my grandkids with me he did not care.

After check-in, we went to the room they gave us. Opened the door with the card they gave us and walked in on a family already in the room.
Went back to the front desk and told them the room was occupied. They said no, it is not. We only have you in that room. After waiting 10 minutes, they gave us a different room.
Just because there is an NFL game doesn't mean you should jack the price by $300. For the price of the room, it was not worth that kind of money. Three times overpriced, over $400 with taxes and all. I would expect a suite, with all amenities for that price. I asked what the regular rate was, $118.00 per night, and the non-game price.
