Called at 1:30 to ask if the room was ready, was told it was, when we got there it was not. Room was dirty Tried originally booking on the Marriott site, my member number was not accepted. Later it was added after I used booking.com but was told I will not be treated as a member because I used a 3rd party service. As if Im working with robots. Beyond everything, someone came banging on our door at 3:15 am, yelling that we are in their room.

Room wasnt cleaned one day we were told we had to ask if wanted service, yet no one else in our group had that to be true - their rooms were all cleaned
