The staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and decent, and the price was fair.

The biggest reason I like to stay in this hotel is for their indoor pool, but this time the pool was absolutely frigid. The kids could not even swim. Very disappointed!

The heater did not work in the room it was cold. The beds were worn out like you're gonna fall out of them. And the swimming pool was cold. Breakfast was okay. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. They were uneatable so thank god there was tater tots

Omg they were so helpful!! It was Christmas eve and we stayed two extra nights and the location was perfect for us as our commute activities were all within 15min of our hotel. Breakfast Amazing Extra Bonus we literally had the pool to ourselves.

Room was freezing cold and we could not get it to warm up. Hotel was no where near full, staff put us at the far, far end of a hallway on 2nd floor.

Yes, the pool was way too cold and they got after the kids for making too much noise. When the kids 8 yrs and under was having some fun. Plus the water in the bathroom was too cold. Had to let it run for 5min before it even got warm. Plus staff was rude.
