The staff were awesome and very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal! The gardens were beautiful too. The spa services were great as well.

The shower was terribly week and there was constant noise above us even though we were in the 4th floor.

I felt the overall condition of the 4th floor was lacking in upgrades and cleanliness.I would not recommend this hotel.

We live about 3 hours from the hotel. We went for our 20th Anniversary and the only thing we wanted to do was to sit in a hot tub all day.. Well the hot tub was under construction and was closed. That could have been disclosed to us and was not.

It was my husband’s birthday weekend so I chose Lodge of the Four Seasons for a nice staycation. We stayed in Jr. Suite and the room met all our expectations!!! The onsite restaurant HK’s is phenomenal I highly recommend having dinner there:

Always love staying here. Great location and love the spa. Just not up to par this time.
Negatives:
Toilet was broke and had to take off lid to manually flush. Maintenance came and fixed it, but then in the middle of the night it happened again and had to stick hand in the back of the tank water to flush. GROSS

The hotel was gorgeous, and rooms were big and sparkling clean. The people at the front desk were extremely polite and helpful. The views from the restaurant are truly amazing. I would book without hesitation
