Price was affordable, I liked the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby.

Room was small, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, lighting was poor, and our room was next to storage, laundry room, so we were awakened every night around 4pm with banging and laundry machines.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. We had a 1st floor room and the people above us sounded like they were training for a running marathon or a basketball game all day and night. We asked the staff both nights if there was anything that can be done (we understand its a hotel, but it was rattling our walls so we asked) they said that they would absolutely go up and ask them to stop since it was in the hotels quite hours. They didn't have to do that....they could of told us just deal with it, but they didn't they were very polite and understanding in our situation. The room was clean and very well stocked with anything we needed.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The property itself was adequate. The location was nice.

For the price it wasn’t actually that clean. The carpets in the rooms on the third floor looked like they’ve never been shampooed. The elevator was also very dirty. Lack of additional pillows and blankets in the room was also disappointing.

The facility was good. We called the front desk after a large family of kids were running through the halls well past midnight. At 12:15 I called the front desk. The gentleman assured me he would check into the situation. The loud voices and running through halls continued past 1am. We were paying for a good nights sleep. This family should have been shut down or asked to leave.
Negatives:
The follow-through concerning the loud family was minimal since the loud voices, door slamming and running through the halls continued and continued. It’s disappointing that eventually the family was not asked to leave.

Great staff clean facilities! The problem was all the illegals slamming doors at 130 in the morning. Babies crying. Kids running down the hall. Putting candy on the floor in the lobby up to 3rd floor. There was a half eaten apple on the 3rd floor
