The hotel staff were excellent. Decent hot and cold breakfast selection as well. Comfortable beds.

Price was affordable, I liked the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby.
Negatives:
Room was small, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, lighting was poor, and our room was next to storage, laundry room, so we were awakened every night around 4pm with banging and laundry machines.

The location. (The gravy for biscuits I looked forward to was extremely watered down.)
Negatives:
I avoided BW for over 3 decades due to uncleanliness. My room smelled like sewage,nowhere to place soap in the shower, noise heard from 5 am in parking lot, hall, & rooms, cheap toilet seat shifted placing my skin on the commode.I am requesting a refund.

The hotel is in a great location. It is right next to a wonderful restaurant and a park like area with walking paths associated with the church next door.

I had to change rooms twice. 1st room had a unsafe, hanging wood wall mounted headboard. The second room the AC unit didn't work and there were visible scorch marks on the wall outlet. Very unsafe.

Fun but rooms need more attention

The location was good. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
We got a king suite thought it would have a jacuzzi tub but it didnt. My room details said it had a walk in shower it was just a tub. It also said room had private patio but there was only one patio for the whole hotel by the pool and door would jam.

This is a once in a lifetime mistake, but I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door to the tv being on, luggage on the floor and a wallet on the counter next to tv. I did not encounter anyone, I assume they were somewhere else in the hotel. But scary that the is could happen.

Other than the initial oopsie, I had a good stay.
Positives:
Your staff was super friendly and understanding. The breakfast was great. My mother loved the hotel room and our dog loved being able to enjoy your walk ways and she loves meeting new people. We were there to see Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks.

Nothing was wrong. We had no issues.
