Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives: Friendly, welcoming, professional management and staff. (desk staff) and (manager) were efficient and accommodating. Nice and quiet, despite being close to highway -- easily accessible to travel routes into the city. Good fresh brewed coffee.
Negatives: Only non-dairy creamer. Processed muffins/snacks and instant oatmeal for b'fast.

Positives: It accepts medium and smaller size pets.
Negatives: One of the elevators was broken. There were no utensils/dishes in the room - apparently you have to request them at the front desk. The front desk was not always staffed. The breakfast consisted of packaged muffins. The halls were dirty the entire stay.

Positives: It was easy to get to where we were going, we went to the zoo and explored St. Charles.
Negatives: We booked a King room but when we arrived we were given a queen room and a $10 discount.

Negatives: Front desk was unattended when we arrived. We were awakened by overpowering odor of someone vaping skunk weed. Literally woke us from a dead sleep. Was so strong it burned our eyes and noses. It was so bad we checked out early and lost a night's payment.

Negatives: I was given a room with full size beds instead of queen , the store in the hotel didnt have anything good, and the breakfast was just coffee, hot water, oat meal packets and stale prepackaged muffins, I was quite disappointed and would not recommend

Positives: Nothing.. I wasn't able to like any thing from this place.
Negatives: I reserved online, when I arrived for my birthday weekend, I was first told they had overbooked, then said there was a issue w the room, it was nothing of concern so we said we wld take any how. Then when it came to paying we were using cash and that was not accepted. I was so pissed. We had to find another hotel that evening which was way out of our way, it made it very difficult for us for sure, because we lived 2half hours away, and where we got a room was in a very shady, crime ridden area. So thanks but no thanks.

Positives: The front desk person (Lisa) went above and beyond when checking us in. When the double queen room was unavailable she set up two rooms (my son loved it) for the same price and made sure we were settled in. Room had nice kitchenettes and comfortable bed. A good night's sleep on the road.

Positives: The low cost but the negative outweigh that badly. I would never stay at this hotel again.
Negatives: Rooms were under-furnished. Room had a place for a small dining table but was not included. Lamp by bed was broken. Bathroom faucet had no cold water. Bathtub had no safety bar and was very slippery and quite dangerous. You had to request all amenities (pots, pans, plates, utensils, hair dryer, etc.)from the front desk. The rooms were old and upkeep on units/hotel was minimal. One elevator was broken for over 24 hours.
