After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Positives: There was nothing to like! We actually didn't stay the second night

Negatives: Unsafe. Copa called 3 times during the night. Fight screaming people "help me". Floors were absolutely filthy! I asked for a broom to sweep up the cereal and dirt I don't think think place is suitable for anyone AND think I should be refunded partially if nor fully. This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in and I and a frequent traveler in many states and overseas

Positives: Having the kitchen with a full fridge, with 2 burners and a microwave. I also noticed that a lot of families live here, which tells me that it's affordable.

Negatives: They really didn't have breakfast. Only coffee and 3 kinds of oatmeal. So definitely, should take off that they offer breakfast. Left a bag of towels outside my room door until the next day.
