Not enough handicap parking. No handicap rooms. Breakfast was bad. Couldn't eat the eggs and sausage. The juice was apple and a berry. On the second day, the juice was syrup only. Probally not turned on. No decaf coffee.

Staff not friendly, carpets thought-out hotel where very old. The free breakfast waw horrible, they didn't have milk.

Some of the management and people at the check in were nice.
Negatives:
One of the shower doors was totally loose. The manager asked me how the stay was going so I told her about it. It was fixed when I came back to my room. There was coffee in the room, but no coffee pot, weird! I had coffee in the food area.
Positives:
The location was good.
Negatives:
No hot water from early evening on.
No assistance from staff to replenish the caffeinated coffee as well as supplies such as cups and collars.
The sign said breakfast ok dated until 10:00 but it was stopped when we arrived at 9:00.

The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The work out room was very clean. The breakfast was passable but certainly could have used more options.
Negatives:
The Bar next store had music so loud that it was shaking the windows and made sleeping difficult. The room reserved key did not work so we were moved to a different floor.

KUDOS to the night manager! I arrived before 4 pm in definite need of getting into my room for a shower before a meeting. The manager made an exception and got my room key to me earlier than check in and made this visit much better.
Negatives:
We ending up leaving. The room we got had dripping water from the AC unit and the the floor was soaked. There was also wood under the unit that was wet and moldy. Room smelled terrible. They moved us to another room and it smelled worse.

Easy to find and get to. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door to a very clean lobby.
Negatives:
Room doors were extremely heavy and our beds weren't made. The pillows and blankets were just tossed on the table not even folded.

When checking in the man at the front desk was very nice and quick, nothing that was drawn out and tiring. They were a lot of people there checking in and it went fast. Also the breakfast was nice, was fresh and a nice selection.
