we were put in a first floor room even though I had asked for a room on any floor but the first, and the room was across the drive from the neighboring bar who had a loud country -rock band playing until midnite.

I loved the location of the hotel, good restaurants were conveniently located

The dishes were not clean in the dishwasher, there were no paper towels and the breakfast was tasteless, boring, unappetizing and no choices i.e bacon/sausage. You couldn't taste any love in the food, in a word - eat this to hold you over until you can get something else.
