Duty manager as check-out was rude.
Check in staff accepted my request to extend my check out till 12:00 pm but at checkout time, she charged nt $5 extra without recognizing my request. She kept on sat8ng it was not mentioned in system...I asked her to call your staff...she was rude to not call him to verify and instead deduct $5 ...I am traveling to USA since 1996 and had never faced such rude behavior by duty manager....it has not matter of $5 only, it is matter of dignity of guest who was kept asking to call the staff who checked in me and extended my stay fir an hour and poor hospitality exhibited by duty manager ???......She us bad face to hotel reception...
