Negatives: I tried to give my son something safe to do for his 17th bday because crime is so bad in STL. The customer service was horrible. The way they handled me and my party was very poor. I was never rude to them and was trying to handle a noise complaint the adult way. Instead of trying to listen they were on a power trip. They lied and let their egos get in the way. They never spoke with me the adult or my husband but spoke with my under age son and his friend, which is unprofessional. Ive been to many hotels and this one is at the top of the list to never visit again. Marriott is going down and I see why. I will stick with air bnbs from now on.
