Negatives: The location was a little scary didn't really look as if the building was open it smiled like cigarettes from the moment you walk in the building and the rooms weren't clean. In the morning when I went to get coffee there wasn't anything there and the person at the desk was sleep and its been 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my deposit back.

Negatives: The man at the counter was not friendly at all. Every time I went to the counter he was literally sleeping. The back door leading to the outside was unlocked. The pillow cases had stains on them as well as the bath towels.

Negatives: Nothing.

Negatives: It wasn't clean enough for my liking. The room should be updated and the TV didn't work the fridge had a smell to it and the microwave was dirty.

Negatives: People running the halls all night.

Negatives: Everything was good for I had no problems

Negatives: Inside of drawers had crumbs and hairs and needed to be vacuumed out. Sometimes I had asked for help 4 times over 3 days and did not get it. The breakfast would be great with food. Other things that happened made me think I have never stayed at a worse hotel. I traveled onward to a hotel that was only $50 a night and it was at least twice as well maintained with better staff, care, and facility.

Negatives: Someone entered my room on my first evening while I was out for dinner and stole a few incidental items. The staff said they would review the hallway video camera recording. After 3 days, they still had not done any video review and repeatedly made excuses. I filed a police report and the police said theft has happened several times at this location.

Negatives: Dirty rooms, strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana.

Negatives: Franny was UNPROFESSIONAL by cussing out another guest because he was trying to ask a question about a discount since he was made to check in late and the room he paid for was unavailable.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Dirty - holes in blankets - burn holes in them - nasty - staff were not friendly - they said how cheap the owner was Asked if we had weed to share

Negatives: Website advertised breakfast included- NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE - claimed they have not been approved since COVID IF YOUR NOT OFFERING IT, CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE. Was missing some towels, no hairdryer no phone in room.
