Negatives: Bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Change rooms more than once to find one that the A/C as well as other things actually worked. Could not use the pool. Halls all smelled heavily of pot. Could not get a full refund. Would not recommend

Negatives: The roaches that where crawling around on the wall. The stained and couch no pool no hot tub they made ir loon soongood on the website I zive it zero out of zero

Negatives: The building reeked of Marijuana, body Oder and jerky. Having traveled quite a few times it has been sub par for the area. I do not intend to stay here again. I would rather camp than be at this hotel.

Negatives: Could only watch 1 channel on the TV, had to switch rooms because they put us in a non smoking room even though I selected a smoking room. No breakfast except juice

Negatives: Heavy cigarette smoke smell in lobby and hallway.

Negatives: Soap was so small in almost disappeared, chair in room was dirty, shampoo was terrible carpet needs replacement. and they should have had lights on before we got there.

Negatives: No breakfast served (only juice and coffee) containers looked dirty coffee tasted watered down and stale. Front desk said they havent served breakfast since covid! Pool area was closed down Room was filthy! Non smoking room and there were cigarette burns in the comforters, and the room smelled musty and smokey. Mold spots in the ceiling in the bathroom. Slow drain in tub (so u stood in water while you showered). Greasy questionable stains all over the couch and chair (would NOT sit on it). TV only played 1 channel Water kept pooling up around toilet, had to put towel around base on floor. Towels had stains Pillows were AWFUL!! Only 3 lumpy old pillows (stained and dirty) for a king. Went to desk and asked for extra pillows and girl was hesitant to give me any (said they are not suppose to!) She goes in back and gives me 2 old lumpy stained pillows without covers (sayscthey don't have covers to spare!) The entire place is filthy (hallways, lobby, ect) smells bad (cigarettes and mold) and has seriously not been updated since the 80s. Carpet is coming up everywhere, tiles broken.....your better off paying the extra 30 bucks and going about a mile further to the Best Western. Very disappointed.

Negatives: I booked AmeriHost because they had a pool -- I swim 2 miles a day so this was important to me. Upon arrival I could see the pool was empty -- this should have been posted to their website.

Negatives: Our non smoking room reaked of smoke & had burn marks in the bedspread & curtains. The towels & some pillowcases were stained. Pillowcases & sheets thread bare, bed hard & curtains so thin that the parking lot lights made 3:30 am look like daylight. Hallways also reaked of smoke. The breakfast bar consisted of orange or apple juice - zero food & this was well within serving time. Upon arrival we checked on the pool & hot tub which were out of service.
