We thought we were booking a 2 bedroom suite. Get there and they don't even have them. Room was not the cleanest old snacks left in drawers from other people prior to us, bathroom wasnt the cleanest, pulled the sofa bed out and ther was an old very stained bed cover and bed and cover were filled with stains and old food or something. Told front desk was told sorry and that we could come get a new sheet. They ran out of pillows, people above us were running around ALL NIGHT and breakfast wasn't the best. Would not stay here again for the price.

We loved the breakfast spread and the staff. We talked with the blonde lady at the front desk, the older lady cleaning rooms, and even the elderly woman setting up breakfast. All three of them were friendly and made us feel welcome.
Negatives:
The pool was freezing and I thought it was supposed to be heated.

Housekeeping…I walked through piles of laundry thrown outside of rooms being cleaned just to get to my room. Housekeepers loudly talk about disgusting stains, etc. Not a good first impression. Had to wait at the front desk for someone to appear, however, they were nice.

Not very good. Very institutional. Yogurt, fruit , bacon and eggs the best part.
Negatives:
Hall carpet was dirty. Floors in general outside of room not clean. Cigarette butts smashed into front mat. Upholstery in eating area stained. When I explained my concerns to the desk staff…she simply said “we are going to do a renovation’ i have known many poor people who still had clean homes. We have spent many nights at at Holiday Inns as we travel. We are now rethinking if we will be choosing to stay there in the future.
