Negatives: Front desk employee was not present. Rang the bell. Guy comes to the desk eventually in his socks. I think he lives on the property. Unprofessional. Dishes stacked up on Chanel’s behind the front desk - shelves at eye level. Just so weird to look at someone’s dirty dishes on a shelf behind the front desk. Dirty sheets and blankets in hotel room closet

Negatives: Several of the amenities listed and were shown in pics were not open. No coffee in room or lobby either. Pool was reason we picked your motel. Disappointed, burned out bulb right above the chair made room seem dark, stains on the ceiling. Nothing in kitchen to cook or eat with cabinets and drawers empty. Plug on 1 side of bed only.

Negatives: There were just so many things that made this stay below par for Booking.com. First, the cost was $90 for a 2-queen room. Considering I paid $50 the night before for a nice stay, this was not worth the money. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner -- NOTHING. I couldn't even wash my hands with soap. There was a cooktop but no pans. A microwave but nothing to use in it -- no mugs, for example, to heat a cup of water. No tissues - the box was empty when I got in the room. The bathroom sink's plunger was broken in the "closed" position so the first time I washed my hands the water didn't drain -- and never did. The floor wasn't clean (vacuum, please) and there were two trash items next to the fridge that were not cleaned up. The plastic trash bag was torn. The manager was overwhelmed. He was a one-man operation and desperately needed a person there to help run errands to fix things or get items while he managed the desk. Finally, I had heavy bags yet the elevator was not working because "of renovations." Seriously, skip this place.

Negatives: There was no working internet. Which happens but they knew for 3 days it didn't work and still offered free internet. I had to go to McDonald's to use my laptop Bathroom door would not shut and room door would not open properly. Front desk still nice

Negatives: NO BREAKFAST When I made reservations it was a quality inn...with breakfast....I get there it is Suburban Studios....I got no email or nothing about the change ...no breakfast no pool....I was very very disappointed! It could be a lot Cleaner...there was torn paper in front of our door in the hall when we got there and was still there when we left....the stairways had not been vacuumed and wasn't vacuumed during our stay there....the elevator didn't work and I was on the second floor...2 women ....not one employee asked to help carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs!
