Seemed quiet and check in was fast

Breakfast was horrible, just donuts and Pop tarts: children eat that, and that's not even healthy. Offer healthy breakfast even if it's an apple.

Outside in poor repair, caution tape & board up..where a room was. Looked like a car might have crashed thru.
Ice machine broken
Reservation said Free breakfast… They had a small table with a small basket of pre packed doughnuts & coffee & cups. Did not expect Hot breakfast… but fresh fruit, yogurt, etc would be expected.
The sign above said due to lack of staff, We are offering Coffee and packaged item for the road.
Funny that there we three individuals that appeared to work there. I mentioned the broken ice machine & one of them said he check…. I said don’t worry about it… Ended up at Waffle House next store… Hot Coffee and glass of ice for my Yeti.

It was convenient and fairly clean..
Negatives:
They advertised that breakfast was included, which is why we chose the hotel. After arrival, they said there was no breakfast, just rolls and coffee. Coffee was not ready, and when it was, it was terrible. The rolls were prepackaged mini donuts and poptarts.

The gentleman at the desk was very polite and courteous. And even help us to switch to a different room when our TV, microwave, and phone didn't work.

Hotel is in serious disrepair. Stains surfaces, broken curtain rod, gross shower, broken toilet seat. Exterior/common spaces poorly maintained. Reeks of tabacco. Paper thin walls.

Premises was dirty and dimly lit. Room floors were dirty, had sticky spots all over the floor. Remote did not work, told desk and was told to give her 15 to 20 minutes called back in 40 minutes and was told it would be soon. Never came.
