The staff were exceptional. I enjoyed the variety at breakfast. It was a quick ride to/from the airport which was important for a short stay.
Negatives:
The room did not meet my expectations for cleanliness, and I considered it below average, specifically the carpet and bathroom tile floor. The staff did address the issues, but the carpet likely needs replacing and the tile needs a scrub rather than a mop wash.

The property is tired and in need of a refresh. The shuttle service was terrible. We had to wait 45 minutes in the cold for them to finally show up. The check in process was bad. Both the guy ahead of me and I had trouble getting our room keys to work.

Parking at night. I got back from a funeral at 10 pm and had to park at the far reaches of the neighboring hotels parking lot. A little unnerving as a single woman. No tea bags available in room or the breakfast area. The coffee was good though.
