The indoor pool was open and my grandchildren enjoyed that. They had breakfast although it was somewhat limited and only high carb foods.
Negatives:
A bit old and run down but still clean and fine for an overnight stay.
Too few choices for breakfast and a little fruit would have been nice or possibly some type of egg. Also, the juice machine wasn't working.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

General maintenance and cleanliness very poor. Flooring very old. Broke tile in elevator and in our room bathroom. Water stains on ceiling. Only one ice machine worked in the building. Pool and pool area was very dirty. Our room had old furniture.

Price? But for the state of the room, the price was still pretty high.

Room was not clean - Holes in the walls and curtains, dingy towels and bedding, the tv didn't work, I had to take an ice cold shower due to no hot water.

The location was very close to the convention center, there were many places to eat and buy groceries around the hotel, and the price was low budget.

The hotel is grungy, the rooms are really dirty. There were lots of things broken in the room including the towel shelf hanging on for dear life and a hole in the ceiling above the shower. There was visible mold in the bathroom. The carpet was so dirty!

How they charged me without me even staying let alone checking in by any means so... Yeah, that's pretty swell!!

Uhhh... They charge guest who never even stepped foot anywhere near their property!! That's totally how you should be doing things!! Keep up the good work
