There was no housekeeping if you wanted your room cleaned you had to clean it yourself, there was no microwave if you wanted one you had to pay 30.00 dollars a day , you also had to pay 11.00 dollars a day for resort fee, I would never stay there again.

Ii came back to the room about 7:30 PM. I went to the front desk and mentioned that the housekeepers forgot to clean the room and make the beds. Their response was we don't clean until after your duration of stay is over with. Had to ask for clean towels

Room was filthy.burn holes in the carpets.sofa not cleaned.furniture scratched up.and then they want to charge --- a nite for it.

The room itself was very nice. Spacious bathroom with nice tub. Room layout was really nice.

The shower door was broken and the front desk gave me someone elses receipt at checkout.

The layout of the rooms is excellent. Very roomy and comfortable.

We paid for a room in advance, however, upon checkout another resort charge was added! Hotel could do a better job on detailed cleaning. Our room was pretty clean, but dusty, and shower had some mold in the seams/corners.

Found a toothpick on the table, suggests that the place was not thoroughly cleaned. when we ordered delivery, (no food options) we asked front desk and asked if we can get some plastic forks and spoons. front desk said you can go next door and maybe find

The hot tube was not working. The room smelled like marijuana. Guest in room next to us were yelling at each other. Was woken up by construction
