Between Tuesday, Apr 29th, 2025 at midnight and Thursday, May 1st, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, May 1st, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The hotel in general was really nice! Great location for what we wanted and some really nice breakfast in the mornings.

Negatives: The only complaint I have was when we went to pack to leave my husband found women’s underwear under the bed when gather out clothes, as well as a bag with tooth paste, tooth brush and other hygiene products.

Negatives: If I had to find one thing I wasn't a fan of, I'd say it was incredibly difficult to navigate the parking lots to get access to the hotel itself. Understandably there isn't much to be done about the location of the property, but this was our first time (and probably not the only time) staying at Comfort Suites and it was just a chore navigating to and from our vacation spots and finding our way back while dodging other confused hotel commuters. A high visibility sign or two would have assisted greatly.
