only one toilet paper roll and it had been dropped in the toilet and was left hanging to dry out. I went out and purchased my own roll as the clerk was extremely busy and I needed to use restroom 1st room - 15 people in room next to me - no battery in smoke alarm - so constantly beeped - television did not work. took over 1 hour to get the clerk to move my room

LOTS of Flys in our room. Water didn’t work in the sink. Stained shower. Stained towels and bed sheets and pillow cases. The door lock was missing a screw and it wiggled a lot.

Not getting a refund when checking out early because the pictures online did not look anything like the actual room. The place is very dingy and in a very sketchy location.
