The room was supposed to be a non-smoking king and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I had 2 queen size beds. The air conditioner made ungodly sounds and woke me up through you the night. The bathroom was terrible. A roadside gas station barroom would have been cleaner. The shower only had hot water. The beds only came with sheets. There was a hole in the in the wall in the bathroom. The toilet seat was nut properly bolted in place. The beds were hard as rocks.

The location and how dirty it was. There was a half smoked blunt let in the room, bed sheets dirty, i found two stink bugs in the room, tissue in the ac vents. I asked if i could get new sheets and a cleaning spray to clean the phone and wipe down all touchable areas. The only thing really clean was the microwave and fridge on the inside.
