The staff was friendly but not knowledgeable at all. Mistakes what rooms to give us, bed not made.
You can only enter the hotel with a pass, but if you’re not a guest (yet) you don’t have a pass, so you can’t go in. And the check in is on the 12th floor.
We bought a $25 parking per day,it didn’t work and we would get the extra paid money back, never received it!!!
Rooftop, nice view but only 1 nice girl working but of course hardly impossible for her.
Breakfast, something wrong with the computer so could not serve us breakfast, we had to wait for quite some time (yes we did get a discount)
There was construction next to the hotel, on Sunday morning (mothers day) they started before 7am!

Loved the vibe of the Angad and location in the arts district. When the construction next door on the expansion of The Powell is finished, it will be a huge boon to both the hotel & neighborhood.

Not a “didn’t like”, just rather a suggestion would be to add towel bars or hooks next to the sink.

the smell of cigarettes was really strong on my floor amd in my room...
the mattress was also very uncomfortable, it had a sinkhole on one side...
mostly it a as the smoke smell that made me very sick and uncomfortable.
