We got stuck in elevator for long time. Nobody answered call button, ever. Had to use cell phone to call. My mom was due for surgery in 15 minutes and we were late. Plus she had to climb a ladder and climb thru a lil hole to get out. I would like a refund

Their beds had bedbugs. I also had the electronic lock on my door malfunction and the staff tried to pry the door open with a crowbar. They had no maintenance person onsite and it took them almost 2 and a half hour to get the door open, as I had a flight to catch. Their manager said she gave me a refund and I am expecting reimbursement.
