Beds were nice, great location

One of the rooms was an ADA room, with a shower faucet that was defective and with terrible water pressure- they couldn’t fix it- used a rubber band to hold up the shower head-
Plus the room smelled like
Cigarettes. The other room I rented had a defective air conditioning unit- they couldn’t fix it- we ultimately switched rooms at 9:30 at night. Since I booked the rooms through you all- they couldn’t credit me a free room etc. they did give us free parking and breakfasts- maybe worth $175- certainly not enough given the issues we dealt with.

The location.. my husband is being treated for cancer next door at the Siteman Cancer Center so we were able to walk inside to the Dr office. It’s perfect. We will be staying here every week the night before his infusions.

The facilities was somewhat outdated. The shower didn't work well and the bath plug didn't fit, so the water run out even with the plug, and it was a problem to take a bath.
