Negatives: Large bleach looking stains on the carpet throughout the property. When someone came to "clean" our room, no cleaning was actually done. A stack of clean towels were left on the sink along with a bar of soap. Nothing else. Much cleaning was needed though out the property. The walls on the inside of the elevator were filthy, the same pieces of trash that were on the lobby, hallway and elevator floor when we arrived were in the exact same place 5 days later when we left. The sound of the washer and dryer running non-stop kept us up. The beds were very worn out and uncomfortable. No blankets or comforter on the beds and none in the closet. The pillows were very, very flat and pretty much un-usable. I am glad we brought our own..

Positives: Another great stay at Drury Inn. I arrived early for a Cardinals Baseball game and was greeted with a smile. They let me park my vehicle in the garage before check-in so I could head to the game without worrying about anything. I got back to the hotel in time to check in and get settled before the 5:30 kickback. The food was nice and so were the alcoholic beverages. Every employee I interacted with went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my stay.
