Positives:
The location was close to the zoo .
The staff was friendly and the food was good.
Negatives:
The bed had dips in it where your feet go, wherever I moved there was divets. Horrible nights sleep.Furniture in the suite, looked and felt like second hand furniture .
When you first walked up to the entrance it was filthy outside. Inside was clean.

Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. The attached restaurant will do take out and it was delicious.

Just a note for some:parking lot not ideal for vehicles with trailers.

Positives:
The evening buffet meal is a hit with me. One of the big costs of travel with children is meals. The hot breakfast and hot supper are a big savings, it reduces the angst of finding a place to eat and was very tasty.
Negatives:
The highway noise was a bit loud. Pool did not look the cleanest.

The staff at checking was wonderful - staff at check out was not very concerned about my issue

The smoke detector above my bed had a flashing light that was bright at night in my eyes and I couldnt sleep.

Pool was nice, kids loved the indoor and outdoor access. The food was also delicious and an awesome bonus of dinner included.

Only complaint was shower didn't drain well, but everything else was great.
Positives:
We had a wonderful time here. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and very comfy. Breakfast was delish as was the cocktail time. Had a coffee/tea station open all day so you could help yourself. Looking forward to our next stay.

The location was great, easy parking and close to attractions. The staff was wonderful!

There were some areas of the room that could have been a little cleaner, mainly the baseboards and corners in the bathroom.

The staff is always very friendly and appreciate the extra offerings but my fridge/microwave area was in desperate need of a deep clean. The furniture has been there way too long as well.
