Negatives: The pool was terrible. Cold and filthy. Jacuzzis also cold. Dirty towels everywhere. Went for 5 minutes and never went back. Free food was a nice perk but very crowded, disorganized and understaffed.

Positives: The hotel lobby was very nice. They offered free coffee and soda throughout the day. The pool and hot tub were good sized. The check in staff were friendly. The on site parking garage is easy to use. The kickback is always a nice perk of staying at Drury
Negatives: This is the second time we have stayed at this location. This time was VERY busy. The hotel was struggling to keep up with the amount of guests at breakfast. Most things were out and needing to be refilled. There was not enough seating even with overflow

Positives: Everything!! Friendly and professional staff, elegant atmosphere, cleanliness, great amenities, large room, breakfast AND dinner included, located RIGHT at Gateway Arch National Park, etc,. I had an absolutely perfect stay.
Negatives: Not at all! Im just wondering how this hotel is only considered a 3-star? Ive traveled a lot in my life and have stayed in a lot of places; and this is by far the most elegant and pampered stay Ive had in a hotel. This hotel is a gem.

Positives: The view was excellent. The bed was worn out. Check in was easy. Hotel employee was excellent. Front desk staff smiling. The lobby is nice. Walking distance to the arch and baseball. TV was nice and we were able to hook up our own streaming device. 8th floor patio
Negatives: 1ply toilet paper/scratchy. Some staff was reluctant to talk to us. Curtains don't close. Room quiet except traffic noise. High fees & taxes. Drury should retire BBQ. Need low carb/healthy choices. Dishes dirty. Bed & carpet worn out. Hurt ankle @pool

Negatives: The only thing I didnt like is we had to ask for towels 3 times and then was told to come get them ourselves. No room refresh even when asked.
