Room was nice and pretty. Front end staff was extremely helpful and nice. Loved the snack times but wished they would have told us in advance.
Negatives:
Dishes hadn’t been washed yet wiped out and put back. Pool was so cold kids didn’t last 15 minutes! Lady cooking breakfast was very rude about what she would cook for you! It was her way only pretty much! Valet prices were a bit high.

I loved the location of the property and the upkeep. I appreciate the front desk staff for being polite and accommodating my first room smelled like cigarettes I was quickly given another room and given a drink coupon for the rooftop bar.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that my room was never cleaned for the 3 days I was there when asked if I could have turn over service I was refused and told they only do it every 3 days. The rooftop bar needs security there are some unsavory characters walking in off the street coming in.

The location was perfect as a launching point to see the city. It is directly across from Alamo Drafthouse and Food Hall that is fun. The breakfast was good and the size of the room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Only option for parking was Paid, either Valet or building parking, that is charged $28/day. Metered street parking was the only other option.

The kitxhen staff and Janitorial staff were awesome!

There was a judgemental staff member working the front desk that Saturday evening!I couldn't change hotels because I had already given everyone the location for my daughter's 6th birthday which got ruined due to the pool being down. On top of that I slept horribly,because something inside the room was triggering my allergies!Yet no-one has tried to rectify said situation. So the company as a whole has lost a valued customer!

I traveled 3 hours for this reservation for my birthday. The property manager Josh, was rude and didn’t try to help us in any way whatsoever. I am a Marriott member and have always used my chime credit card for my stays with no issues. Josh denied my stay and didn’t care at all.
